Station Estate Management Welfare Assistant

One register for quarter allotment, occupancy and vacation.

SEWA replaces the paper register for a military station's family accommodation — from waiting list to allotment, day-to-day upkeep, and handover on vacation. Deployed on-premises, one server per residential colony.

Three modules, one register

Every quarter's story, from arrival to vacation, told by the same record.

01

Quarter Allotment

An officer arrives, applies, and is placed on a waiting list in seniority order. A quartering committee recommends a quarter; the Station Commander approves; Station HQ issues the order.

02

Occupancy Management

Residents report faults with a photo and location. The engineering chain and an enlisted contractor put it right, with SLA-driven escalation and an emergency desk for what can't wait.

03

Quarter Vacation

On posting out, the quarter is inspected, rectified and certified before it returns — cleared — to the Module 1 waiting list, keeping the queue moving.

Closed by design

There's no public sign-up anywhere on SEWA. Every account starts with an authority, not a form.

STEP 2

You activate it with a mobile OTP and a 6-digit PIN you set.

STEP 3

Access is scoped to your role and checked on every request.

Built to keep resident data close to home

Every station's data stays on that station's own hardware.

Resident data lives on the colony's own server and never leaves it.
The station-level view sees operational counts only — never personal details.
Evidence is captured live by camera; there's no gallery upload.
Every action is written to an audit trail nothing can edit or delete.
