The terms every SEWA account — applicant, resident, or staff role — is issued under.

Who this applies to
SEWA is a closed platform for a military station's family accommodation. These terms apply to every account holder — applicants, residents, engineering staff, contractors and command roles — issued access by a competent onboarding authority. There is no public registration, so there is no general "visitor" use of SEWA.
Your account
Accounts are created only by an authority — never by signing yourself up. You activate your account with the mobile number on record, an SMS one-time password, and a 6-digit PIN you set. Keep your PIN private and tell your issuing authority at once if you lose your device or suspect misuse. The app will not open on a rooted or jailbroken device.
Using SEWA
Use SEWA for the purpose it was issued to you for — applying for quarters, reporting and resolving complaints, or administering the station's housing register. Photographs and other evidence must be genuine and captured at the time of the event; SEWA only accepts live camera capture for this reason, never a gallery upload. Every action you take is written to an audit trail that nothing, including us, can edit or delete.
What you submit
Complaint descriptions, photographs, ratings and other content you submit become part of the station's estate records and may be shared with the roles involved in handling them, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't submit anything you know to be false — a false emergency report or a false closure is treated as misuse and can lead to your access being suspended by your issuing authority.
Availability & changes
SEWA is deployed and configured per station by Station HQ — thresholds, categories and which modules are switched on are theirs to set, not ours or yours. We may update features or fix defects, and we may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do, and material changes will be notified through the app.
Ownership
SEWA — the software, its design and its source — is a product of VajraAstra Advisory LLP. Your account gives you the right to use it for its intended purpose; it does not give you any right to copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
Ending access
Your issuing authority can suspend or end your access at any time — most commonly on posting out, on vacating your quarter, or for misuse. Ending your access does not remove the audit trail of actions already taken under it.
Liability & governing law
SEWA is provided for this pilot deployment on an as-is basis. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
